TSLA 2024 Mid-Year Meeting

REGISTRATION FEES:

Please note when you register you will be directed to a link to handle payment by credit card. If you wish to pay by check, please indicate and mail payment to TSLA. If you wish to add your spouse, please click on guest to handle. You may register online at www.tsla.org or you may print the form and send to TSLA by email at jptsla@tsla.org. In order to qualify for the discount, you must register by May 10th.

REGISTRATION FEE POLICY: No single event registrations will be sold during pre-registration or once you arrive at the resort. All participants in the 2024 Mid-Year Meeting must be fully registered.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES: You may pay your registration fees by check or credit card. All checks should be made payable to TSLA. TSLA accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Please be sure to complete all sections of the registration form that pertain to your registration.

ROOM RATES: Our room block at the Four Seasons Resort - Palm Beach is sold out. Please email Jean at jptsla@tsla.org to be added to our wait list.

RESORT CANCELLATION POLICY: 30-day cancellation policy for the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. Nights cancelled due to early departure are non-refundable.

DEADLINES: TSLA registration forms with early discount are due by May 10th. All TSLA registration forms are due by June 3rd.

RESORT INFORMATION: The Four Seasons Palm Beach offers a beautiful spa, fitness, two pools (one adult only), Krigler perfumery, Swell shopping boutique, complimentary bikes, lounge chairs by the pool or beachside, to name just a few of the fun activities available. Dining includes Flories and Seaway, plus the Flories bar for drinks. There are also weekly culinary and mixology experiences.

TRANSPORTATION: You can reach the Four Seasons Palm Beach by flying into the Ft. Lauderdale International airport (45 minutes from the hotel) or Palm Beach International airport (20 minutes from the hotel). There are links to transportation options from the airport to Palm Beach on the TSLA website.

GOLF TOURNAMENT: We are not able to host a golf tournament this year due to the cost rising a great deal to host a tournament, plus courses would not do a shotgun start for However, please go to the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach website to find information on nearby courses to book on your own.

KIDS FOR ALL SEASONS: For Children ages 4-12. Please get more information by contacting the hotel concierge. There is also a playroom for children 0-4, but parents must provide their own supervision. There is an arcade room for the older children.

SPA: Experience the Four Seasons Palm Beach Spa. Open each day. Please call the hotel in advance to make a reservation as they may be sold out by the time you arrive.

GROUP ACTIVITIES: A separate registration form is available on the TSLA website for the optional group activities and the form includes descriptions and pricing. Minimums must be met for the activity to take place. You will be notified if an activity is cancelled.

CONCIERGE: The resort has a concierge desk located in the main lobby. They can assist you with dinner reservations, local activities, transportation, etc. You may contact them at (561) 582-2800.

TEMPERATURE: The high in the summer will be in the high 80's for the daytime. The evening temperature will be in the mid 70's.

PARKING: Valet parking is provided at $40 per day, plus tax.

EXTRA EVENTS: If you plan to host an event during the TSLA conference, please be sure that your event does not conflict with any TSLA sponsored event. Four Seasons Palm Beach concierge would be happy to assist you scheduling any off-site dinners.

TEXANS UNDER FORTY: Please plan to participate in the private reception for the TUF group on Sunday, June 23rd at 5:30 p.m. There will be door prizes.

DRESS: The dress for the entire conference will be casual (including speakers & guests). We encourage khaki slacks, shorts, polo type shirts and sundresses. Our closing reception on Tuesday night will be held poolside.

TSLA BUSINESS MEETING: The TSLA Business Meeting will be held on Tuesday morning, June 25th. The business meeting is open to all members and non-members.

CLOSING DINNER: A buffet dinner will be held at the Four Seasons Palm Beach.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 12 noon. Luggage may be stored, if needed.

TSLA CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds of registration fees or group activity fees after May 17th.
