TSLA 2023 Mid-Year Meeting

REGISTRATION FEES:

Please note when you register you will be directed to a link to handle payment by credit card. If you wish to pay by check, please indicate and mail payment to TSLA. If you wish to add your spouse, please click on guest to handle. You may register online at www.tsla.org or you may print the form and send to TSLA by email at jptsla@tsla.org.

REGISTRATION FEE POLICY: No single event registrations will be sold during pre-registration or once you arrive at the resort. All participants in the 2023 Mid-Year Meeting must be fully registered.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES: You may pay your registration fees by check or credit card. All checks should be made payable to TSLA. TSLA accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Please be sure to complete all sections of the registration form that pertain to your registration.

ROOM RATES: Montage Deer Valley is sold out of our room block.

RESORT CANCELLATION POLICY: 30-day cancellation policy for the Montage Deer Valley. Nights cancelled due to early departure are non-refundable.

DEADLINES: TSLA registration forms with early discount are due by May 22nd
All TSLA registration forms are due by June 12th

RESORT INFORMATION: The Montage Deer Valley offers a beautiful spa, bowling alley (4 lanes), mountain bike rentals and hiking to name just a few of the fun activities available. Dining includes Apex, their fine dining restaurant along with Burgers & Bourbon opened for dinner only and Daly's Pub & Rec, plus the Vista Lounge for drinks and food. Buzz Coffee shop offers great options for grab & go.

TRANSPORTATION: You can reach Montage Deer Valley by flying into the Salt Lake City International airport. Deer Valley is approximately 40 minutes from the airport. All major airlines fly into Salt Lake City airport. There are links to transportation options from the airport to Deer Valley on the TSLA website.

GOLF TOURNAMENT: We are not able to host a golf tournament this year due to the cost rising a great deal to host a tournament, plus courses would not do a shotgun start for However, please go to the Montage Deer Valley website to find information on nearby courses in order to book on your own.

PAINT BOX: For Children ages 5-12. Summer pricing has not been set yet. Please reserve ahead of time by contacting the hotel concierge.

SPA: Experience the Montage Deer Valley Spa. Open each day. Please email Danica.mojica@montage.com in advance to make a reservation as they may be sold out by the time you arrive. Be sure to mention you are with TSLA to receive 10% off.

GROUP ACTIVITIES: A separate registration form is available on the TSLA website for the optional group activities and the form includes descriptions and pricing. Minimums must be met for the activity to take place. You will be notified if an activity is cancelled.

CONCIERGE: The resort has a concierge desk located in the main lobby. They can assist you with dinner reservations, local activities, transportation, etc. You may contact them at 435-604-1700.

TEMPERATURE: The high in the summer will be in the low 80's for the daytime. The evening temperature will be in the low 50's.

PARKING: Valet parking is provided at $35 per day, which is a reduced rate per our contract, so please make sure you are charged the correct amount upon checkout.

EXTRA EVENTS: If you plan to host an event during the TSLA conference, please be sure that your event does not conflict with any TSLA sponsored event. Montage Deer Valley concierge would be happy to assist you scheduling any off-site dinners.

TEXANS UNDER FORTY: Please plan to participate in the private reception for the TUF group on Sunday, July 16th at 5:30 p.m. There will be door prizes.

PARK CITY SHUTTLE: The Montage Deer Valley provides a shuttle to Park City for their guests. The shuttle runs to main street from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The shuttle leaves at the top of the hour and returns at the bottom of the hour. Last shuttle back is 10:30 p.m.

DRESS: The dress for the entire conference will be casual (including speakers & guests). We encourage khaki slacks, shorts, polo type shirts and sundresses.

TSLA BUSINESS MEETING: The TSLA Business Meeting will be held on Tuesday morning, July 18th. The business meeting is open to all members and non-members.

CLOSING DINNER: A buffet dinner will be held at the Montage Deer Valley.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 12 noon. Luggage may be stored, if needed.

TSLA CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds of registration fees or group activity fees after June 16th!

PARK CITY/DINING INFORMATION: There is a link on the TSLA Website on the 2023 Mid-Year Meeting page for the Park City visitor's bureau which provides a wealth of information.
