At our modern mountain steak house you will unquestionably find the best steak in the Vail Valley, but our menu certainly doesn't stop there as you will find many options from the garden and ocean. A quick glance at the menu and you will realize the level of enthusiasm, creativity, and use of environmentally-friendly ingredients, from our own executive chef, Kevin Irving. He has quickly developed signature items such as our own Elk Corn Dogs with house smoked ketchup and Maple Glazed Skuna Bay Salmon. We have actually named the restaurant Flame after our infrared broiler that cooks steak and seafood at 1800 degrees.
